Built by people who got tired of doing it alone
Crew&Co was co-founded by Kieran Nicholson, whose background is in TV and film production, along with events, crew and logistics. Every good shoot he's worked on had a crew behind it, and Crew&Co is the network he wanted when he started.
Why we're building it
Freelancing in photo and film can be a lonely job. You find your own work, set your own rates and learn most things the hard way. We think it goes better with other people in your corner, so we're building the crew you don't have to go looking for.
No gatekeeping
Members share what they know: rates, contacts, the mistakes worth avoiding.
Paid work first
The point is more good jobs for more good people. Everything else supports that.
A crew that turns up
Advice, feedback and referrals from people who know the job because they do it.
