Does it cost anything to post a job?
No. Posting a job is free. We only ask that it’s paid work, and we check every job before it goes to members.
Which roles can I hire?
Photographers, camera operators and DoPs, sound, lighting, editors, make-up and hair, stylists, content creators, runners and production crew. Use the directory to see who’s listed near you.
How quickly can I get crew on the day?
Send a same-day call-out and we check it and post it to our members’ urgent call-outs board as fast as we can. Crew who are free nearby then contact you directly, so the sooner you send it, the better.
How do I know the crew are any good?
Every listing shows the person’s work, showreel, credits, the kit they bring and recommendations from other crew. If you’d rather not choose yourself, send us a brief and we’ll put forward people who fit.
Where are your crew based?
Across the UK. Each listing shows where the person is based, and the directory lets you search by location.
When do you launch?
Crew&Co launches fully in January 2027, and you can post jobs, send briefs and browse the directory now. Get in touch today and we’ll help line up crew for your first shoot of the new year.
